My name is Lynn Bode
and I'm a personal trainer, a wife and a mother. I've been a fitness
professional for more than a decade. As I started my career I was single,
then married with no children and then my husband and I started a family.
Everything changed then! I learned first hand the unique challenges moms
face in trying to find time for exercise and how to stay fit enough to have
energy for their kids.
Being a fitness
professional (and an exerciser myself) first as a single individual and then
as a wife and mother, I certainly have learned that workout programs for
Moms require different components and planning. So, I've designed this
website to reach Moms that can benefit from a personal training program.
Also, I want this site to
be more than just a workout site. I want to create a community where moms
from all around the world can access valuable content to help them take care
of themselves and their families. I hope Moms from all around the world and
from all walks of life will connect through Workouts For Moms and
work together to achieve health and wellness.
