My name is Lynn Bode and I'm a personal trainer, a wife and a mother. I've been a fitness professional for more than a decade. As I started my career I was single, then married with no children and then my husband and I started a family. Everything changed then! I learned first hand the unique challenges moms face in trying to find time for exercise and how to stay fit enough to have energy for their kids. Being a fitness professional (and an exerciser myself) first as a single individual and then as a wife and mother, I certainly have learned that workout programs for Moms require different components and planning. So, I've designed this website to reach Moms that can benefit from a personal training program. Also, I want this site to be more than just a workout site. I want to create a community where moms from all around the world can access valuable content to help them take care of themselves and their families. That's why I've partnered with some of the top experts in many areas. This includes Tracy Lynn Moland, an internationally recognized author of Mom Management, Managing Mom Before Everybody Else as well as a hypertasking expert.
